We have a team of dedicated travel agents that get the best deals from our airline partners to book and manage your flights. We create a travel profile for you, and know your preferences. 

We manage your Airport pickup and dropoff with your vehicle preferences in mind. Our transportation partners are all licensed, insured, speak English and operate clean, safe vehicles you can comfortably get in and out of. All you do is have to be ready to go at the right time.  We take care of the rest. 

We book your accommodations according to where procedure is taking place and based on your preferences - whether that is a hotel, a recovery center, or a more private residence.  We ensure you can relax comfortably if staying overnight or extended periods of time and ensure all the details are coordinated for you. 

If you have the physical ability to partake in any cultural exploration while abroad - our team is deeply connected within the communities to offer recommendations and/or book your outings complete with transportation. 

 Our team of Travel Directors serve as your main POC through the planning process. They liaison with the other departments, vendors, aggregating communication, managing your budget and itinerary compiling all receipts for one final itemized invoice. We manage your entire journey so you can focus on your procedure and recovery. 

We can provide a local destination manager that will be available to you and serve as your translator, your local guide and help coordinate excursions, miscellaneous travel needs, and advocate for your well-being as needed.

Source your own provider or choose from our network. We can also vet your provider against our standards. Our framework is based on strict guidelines, not clinical outcomes. Our team can also book your consultations, and/or your procedures on your behalf. We do not provide medical advice or referrals. 

 Once your plan is built, everything lives in one place. No digging through email chains for confirmation numbers. No searching for documents the night before your flight. No back and forth trying to track down details. Your itinerary, approvals, provider information, important documents, and direct communication with your GMT planner are all centralized in the app and updated in real time as your trip evolves. 

 We verify that every physician and facility maintains current licensing, certifications, and required accreditations within their practicing jurisdiction. This includes confirming specialty credentials and adherence to local and international regulatory standards. 

 We evaluate clinic environments for cleanliness, organization, accessibility, and overall patient comfort. Location matters. Facilities must be situated in areas that are safe, reputable, and appropriate for medical travel. 

 Patient care extends beyond the physician. We assess the professionalism, communication standards, and responsiveness of clinical and administrative staff, including how patients are guided before and after procedures. 

 We review patient feedback across multiple sources to identify consistency in outcomes, communication, and overall experience. Testimonials and ratings are used to validate reputation, not replace due diligence. 

 We assess the quality, maintenance, and modernity of medical equipment used in procedures and recovery. We value clinics that invest in up-to-date technology and follow established safety protocols. 

 We evaluate providers based on demonstrated experience within their specific scope of practice. This may include highly specialized surgeons focused on a narrow set of procedures, as well as medical spas or clinics offering a broader range of services.  Partners must show consistent procedural volume, repeatable outcomes, and clear alignment between their specialties and the services they provide.
