In this modern era, our goal is to keep your trip details organized and accessible and up to date as efficiently as possible. We provide a dedicated trip app for all of our clients. It centralizes your itinerary, documents, provider details, and even destination options in one secure, always-updated location in the palm of your hand.
This service eliminates guesswork and reduces stress during travel - so you're not searching for information in your inbox. With built-in messaging, you also have direct access to your GMT planner while abroad, ensuring support is never out of reach.

GMT does not practice medicine, influence clinical decisions, or assess medical appropriateness. All procedures, risks, and outcomes remain the responsibility of licensed providers and the patient.
Our role is strictly limited to coordination and facilitation within defined non-medical boundaries.

We can provide a local destination manager that will help you navigate cultural customs, language barriers, and support your needs while you are abroad.

We do not accept insurance. We are a logistics service, not a medical provider.
Procedure costs are paid directly to your provider - as there may be financing involved. We charge flat rates for same day services.
For extended stays, we require a contract with a deposit and payment terms. All hard costs are pass thru, with added management fee. We provide an itemized invoice and copy of all receipts upon final reconciliation.
